Short and Long-Term Ground/Land Leases
- Ground/land leases are negotiable; long-term leases can be up to 99 years lands owned in Trust Status by the United States of America for the Fallon Paiute Shoshone Tribe will not be sold, but rather leased at varying lengths.
Mostly Unrestricted Zoning
- Most Tribal lands have not been zoned, and are open to most types of development unless other usage agreements are in place (see individual properties under Sites Available for Development for more specific zoning details)
- Lands owned in Trust Status by the United States of America for the Fallon Paiute Shoshone Tribe are subject to Tribal planning and zoning.
